archiving / printing entire web site.

Anyone know of software for archiving / printing (as displayed and/or raw HTML) entire web sites?

Esp. the printing part would save me tons of time (and thumb clicks) having to go through every page and print.

I realize OE will do archiving, but don't like the way it does it.

WebWhacker will archive (in one file, I believe) and print. WebWhacker 4 for Mac, WebWhacker 5 for Windows.

Grab-a-site (Windows) will archive into separate files for each page of a site, but does not print entire sites.

There are many applications on the Orchard that allow downloading of entire Web sites (see the "Other" and "WWW" applications pages), although not all allow printing of entire sites in any systematic way.

Apparently, this new (looks like a Java) application can print:
