Sending a jpeg on my Mac to someone with Microsoft
Nov 3rd, 2008, 1:44pm

I can't open my pictures on a Microsoft computer. When I send them through the mail they can't be opened. Also, if I save them on a flash drive they won't open on a Microsoft computer. Help please. Thanks, Jan

Sorry to take so long to reply.

What program are you saving the pictures with, and what filename extension are you using?

It might only be missing the extension. Can you copy it from flash? If so try renaming after copying. Or use a free personal file sharing program live evernote or adrive. That will at least rule out incompatibilities in copying protocols.
